PEST PROOFING
The most effective way of preventing pest issues is to deny pests access into your property in the first place. Pest proofing is an important part of integrated pest management and if pest ingress points into a property are not identified and corrected then it is very likely that you will get recurring pest issues further down the line.
As part of my treatments and pest prevention inspections i will always carry out a thorough inspection of all parts of the property both internally and externally where it is safe to do so. If any access equipment is required to safely access areas then this would come at an additional cost and would have to be discussed.

If the pest proofing issue is simply a small gap that requires sealing up i would do this at no additional cost as part of the treatment. Any other pest proofing jobs would come at an additional cost and i would be able to advise and quote for this accordingly.

The following is a list of pest proofing services that i can offer:

​Rodent proofing: Door seals and brush strips, air brick covers and mesh, pointing and sealing gaps in brickwork and around pipework, rat flaps (one way valves) fitted in drains to prevent rats gaining access to properties via drain systems and much more.

Bird proofing: bird spike, bird netting, solar panel proofing and chimney cowls fitted.
​Insect proofing: fly screens fitted to windows and doors. I can also supply and service electronic fly killers (EFK units) for commercial businesses.
CLEANING/DISINFECTING
Whether you have had a rodent issue with rats in the loft space or an issue with feral pigeons inside your business premises, pest infestations will often leave your properties contaminated with droppings and urine, and surfaces may be contaminated with diseases or harmful bacteria. As well as offering pest prevention services i also offer cleaning and disinfecting treatments, this could be something as simple as a small pigeon guano clean and disinfect or a full loft clearance. I can offer this service as an additional cost at the end of treatments i have completed, or i can carry out cleaning and disinfecting treatments and loft clearance treatments as one off jobs.
